1) By Car. 2) If you are traveling both ways during business hours,use MARC: http://mta.maryland.gov/ 3) If you are traveling on the weekend or after business hours, use AMTRAK: http://www.amtrak.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=Amtrak/HomePage 4) There are bus routes, but I wouldn't mess with them.
