What is the best way to travel from 10th & Filbert to 44th & Baltimore - Philly?

I would take the El train. I wouldn't walk unless you know what kind of neighborhood it is.

As soon as you get to 10th and Filbert, look around for a really big guy with a baseball bat. He'll help you the rest of the way.
